1. Booking and Cancellation

By booking a car or a tour package with Gopuram Tours and Travels, you agree to the following terms:

• Booking is confirmed only after receiving an official confirmation from our side (via Call or WhatsApp).
• Advance Payment: For outstation trips or large family group tours (Tempo Traveller/Urbania), a small advance might be required to ensure vehicle availability.
• Cancellation: Cancellations made 24 hours before the trip will receive a full refund of any advance. Late cancellations might incur a minimal processing fee.

2. Pricing and Payments

• The rates mentioned on our website are estimated. GST (18%) and other local taxes are extra unless otherwise specified.
• Tolls, parking fees, and driver beta (for outstation trips) are to be paid by the customer unless specifically included in the tour package.
• Billing starts from the point of car dispatch and ends at the point of release as per the vehicle's odometer readings.

3. Vehicle Rules and Conduct

We take pride in our clean and well-maintained fleet. We expect similar respect for the vehicles:

• Smoking, drinking alcohol, or consuming non-vegetarian food is strictly prohibited inside our vehicles due to the spiritual nature of Tirupati tours.
• Customers are requested to report any delays or changes in travel itinerary to the support team as early as possible to adjust vehicle scheduling.

4. Limitation of Liability

Gopuram Tours and Travels aims for maximum punctuality and safe travel. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by roadblocks, traffic, weather, or other unavoidable natural circumstances (Force Majeure).
